To Address the City Council at a Meeting:

At Rollingwood City Council Meetings, and all other board and commission meetings, the public is able to speak on any item listed on the agenda or on any item not listed on the agenda. For items listed on the agenda, the public is permitted to speak at the point at which the item is being considered. For items that are not listed on the agenda, the public is permitted to speak during the citizen comment period that is held at the beginning of all meetings.

When addressing the Council, please speak directly into the microphone at the podium.  State your name and your residence address before beginning your presentation.  To accommodate all speakers, citizen comments are limited to three minutes.

To submit documentation for the City Council to review prior to a scheduled meeting, please email the City Secretary and include all information you wish to be included.

Please Note: To minimize disturbances and distractions, it is requested that: private conversations occur outside the Council Chambers, audible cell phones and pagers be turned off, and the doors to the lobby remain closed, with minimal in-and-out movement. Persons who disrupt the meeting by not adhering to the rules may be asked to leave.

City Council meetings are broadcast on the City website without editing.  If you have any questions, please contact the City Secretary at 512-327-1838 ext. 101.
