MS4 Stormwater Management Plan

The Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) is a stormwater education and outreach program to educate the public, employees, business and the general public about hazards associated with the illegal discharges and improper disposal of waste and about the impacts stormwater has on water quality, along with the steps the public can take to reduce pollutants in stormwater.
