Fiscal Year 2026 Paving Projects
The City of Rollingwood's 2025-2026 adopted budget includes $500,000 allocated for street maintenance and repairs. This allocation authorizes the Mayor to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for street paving services, using the 2024 Paving Priorities Plan to determine which streets will be addressed. It also authorizes the Mayor to enter into a contract for the repair and maintenance of those selected streets, with expenditures not to exceed the $500,000 approved by the City Council. All repairs are planned to be completed this fiscal year. (i.e before October 1, 2026).

October 26, 2025: 1st advertisement in the Austin-American Statesman
November 2, 2025: 2nd advertisement in the Austin-American Statesman
November 6, 2025: 10:00 a.m. non-mandatory pre-bid meeting (held virtually only)
November 7, 2025: Addendum No. 1 released to document the pre-bid meeting and any clarifications to the documents
November 12, 2025: 2:00 p.m. public bid opening at Rollingwood City Hall
November 19, 2025: 7:00 p.m. public consideration of contract award by City Council
November 21, 2025: targeted date for fully-executed construction contract
December 3, 2025 (or sooner): hold the pre-construction meeting, give the Notice to Proceed
December 15, 2025 (or later, dependent on the weather): construction to begin
