Utility Commission
The Utility Commission serves in the capacity of a citizens' advisory committee to the City Council regarding matters of utility procedure and policy. The commission will recommend and offer counsel to the City Council about decisions regarding utility rates, services and franchise agreements, and will promote the utility's programs and services in the Rollingwood community.
Meetings
Regular meetings of the Utility Commission are held, as needed, on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the City’s Council chambers.
Membership
The Utility Commission consists of seven regular members who are residents of the City. Each member of the Commission shall serve a two-year term, commencing on January 1 and ending December 31 of the following year.

If you are interested in serving on the Utility Commission, apply HERE. Applications are received and maintained by the City Secretary. Questions regarding applying or the application process should be emailed to citysecretary@rollingwoodtx.gov.
Selection Process
Nominations the Utility Commission, unless otherwise provided by the Code of Ordinances, shall be made by the City Council. The City Council shall confirm nominations for appointment to the Utility Commission in order for an appointment to be effective.
