Notice of Public Hearing - 503 Vale

The City of Rollingwood has received a request for an amendment to the zoning classification for the property commonly known as at 503 Vale Street. The City of Rollingwood, as the potential owner, is requesting to amend the zoning classification from Residential (R) to Governmental and Institutional (GI). It is anticipated that the City of Rollingwood would use the property as the Rollingwood Police Department.

 

A public hearing on the zoning change will be held via video conference and telephonic meeting in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings to slow the spread of COVID-19. The public may watch the public hearings live and have the opportunity to comment via audio devices at the links provided.
