Water Distribution at City Hall

Rollingwood Residents,

We continue to be hard at work responding to the needs of our residents during the winter weather crisis. The city has received 2 pallets of water to begin distributing to residents in need. We will likely have more water to share in the coming days and will distribute accordingly.

First, please remember that if you still have running water you can still boil water for drinking and human consumption purposes. This would substantially ease the strain on limited available resources. If you are unable to boil water and are without drinking water, we can provide you with bottled water. Please call the police non-emergency line at 512-328-1900 and let us know your water needs and we will make arrangements. If this number is busy, please call Public Works Operator Vicky Ballard at 737-268-6359.  If you are without non-potable water (for flushing toilets, etc.) we can provide that to you as well. We ask that you bring your own container to fill at City Hall. If you don’t have a container, please let us know and we will locally source one for you.

If you know of a neighbor that is vulnerable or requires additional assistance, please share their information with us so that we might be able to provide them with water and any other resources that they might need.

Take care,

City of Rollingwood
