How do I obtain a building permit?

All commercial and residential building permits are processed through My Government Online. Click here to visit our permitting process page.

What are the construction hours for contractors?

Construction and demolition activities that require a building permit under this section are not permitted on weekends, federal holidays or between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays.

Interior construction hours are limited to the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday only, Reference Code Section 14.02.852 (i) (1) (2) (3).

No work is permitted on Sunday.
