FY 2026 Paving Projects – Completed
The City of Rollingwood's 2025-2026 adopted budget included $500,000 allocation for street maintenance and repairs. This allocation authorized the Mayor to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for street paving services, using the 2024 Paving Priorities Plan to determine which streets would be addressed. It also authorized the Mayor to enter into contracts for the repair and maintenance of those selected streets, with total project expenditures not to exceed the $500,000 approved by the City Council. All planned repairs for FY 2026 have been completed.
Milling, paving, and restriping activities took place on four streets:
- Edgegrove Drive between Rollingwood Drive and Bee Cave Road (including the intersection with Rollingwood Drive)
- Wallis Drive between Rollingwood Drive and Hatley Drive
- Hatley Drive between Laura Lane and Vale Street
- Nixon Drive between Pleasant Cove and Hatley Drive (only the sections not done under the water CIP projects)
