Water Service Interruption Notice 11/17/2025: affected homes on Riley Road, Vance Lane, Vale Street, Pickwick Lane, Bettis Boulevard, and Hatley Drive

Rollingwood Residents,

On Monday, November 17th, 2025, work will take place in your area that may temporarily impact water service to homes on Riley Road, Vance Lane, Vale Street, Hatley Drive, Bettis Boulevard, and Pickwick between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in conjunction with Rollingwood Water CIP Bond Program Packages 1-4.

The following homes will be affected:

  • 100,102,104,105 Riley Road
  • 2401, 2402, 2403, 2404, 2405, 2406, 2407, 2408, 2409, 2410 Vance Lane
  • 100, 101, 200, 201, 300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 409, 500, 501, 503 Vale Street
  • 2401, 2403 Pickwick Lane
  • 2402, 2403 Bettis Boulevard
  • 2401, 2403, 2500 Hatley Drive
