NOTICE OF MULTIPLE PUBLIC HEARINGS AND NOTICE OF TYPE B PROJECTS ROLLINGWOOD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code Section 505.159, multiple public hearings will be held by the Rollingwood Community Development Corporation (RCDC) during a meeting to be held by the Board of Directors on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Rollingwood City Hall, 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, Texas to consider the use of sales tax proceeds to fund projects at Rollingwood Park, to wit: 1) Landscape Architect for the Park (FY 2026); 2) Boulder Retaining Wall for the Upper Park (FY 2025); and 3) and Playground Improvements for the Upper Park (FY 2026).

This notice shall constitute publication of Type B project(s) as required by Texas Local Government Code Section 505.160. Following the Public Hearings and the receipt of public input, it is anticipated that the Board of Directors for the RCDC may take action on each Project at the same meeting. This notice was posted on the 15th day of May 2026.
