November 4, 2025 General Election
The City of Rollingwood holds annual elections each November to elect members to the City Council. The governing body consists of a Mayor and five Councilmembers. These positions are elected at-large and serve two-year staggered terms.

These positions are currently held by Brook Brown (Councilmember), Phil McDuffee (Councilmember), and Alec Robinson (Councilmember).
Special Election Information
The City of Rollingwood will hold a special election to reauthorize sales tax for street maintenance on November 4, 2025.

Candidate Qualifications
A candidate for Councilmember must:

Be United States Citizen;
-
Be eighteen (18) years of age or older on the first day of the term to be filled at the election;

Be a registered voter of the City on the date of the regular filing deadline for a candidate's application for a place on the ballot;
-
Have resided continuously in the state for twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the regular filing deadline for the candidate's application for a place on the ballot;
-
Have resided continuously in the City of Rollingwood for six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the regular filing deadline for the candidate's application for a place on the ballot;
-
Have not been determined by a final judgment of a court exercising probate jurisdiction to be: (A) totally mentally incapacitated; or (B) partially mentally incapacitated without the right to vote; and
-
Have not been finally convicted of a felony from which the person has not been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities.
