Boil Water Notice Issued 6/18/2025: Affected Homes on Almarion Drive, Almarion Way, Hatley Drive, Rock Way, Rock Way Cove, Vance Lane, and Wallis Drive

Rollingwood Residents,

City Staff is working to repair a water main break that occurred on Wallis Drive and Rock Way Cove. While the repair is being made, water service has been turned off. Once the repair is completed and water service is restored, a Boil Water Notice will be issued to affected homes on Almarion Drive, Almarion Way, Hatley Drive, Rock Way, Rock Way Cove, Vance Lane, and Wallis Drive. The affected addresses are:

  • 302 Almarion Drive

 

  • 200, 201, 203, and 205 Almarion Way

 

  • 2800, 2802, 2805, 2806, 2807, 2808, 2903, 2904, 2906, and 2910 Hatley Drive

 

  • 2800, 2802, 2804, 2805, 2807, and 2809 Rock Way

 

  • 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 Rock Way Cove

 

  • 2800, 2801, 2802, 2803, and 2808 Vance Lane

 

  • 100,102, 103, 104, 200, and 203 Wallis Drive

Door hangers detailing the Boil Water Notice will be issued to affected homes. Please follow the Boil Water Notice protocol from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) below:

TCEQ BOIL WATER NOTICE PROTOCOL

Customers should boil their water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc). Children, seniors, and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions. To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, individuals may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

Once the Boil Water Notice has been lifted, a door hanger will be distributed to your home.
