Rollingwood Police Department Non-Emergency Line Update

Rollingwood Residents,

To improve safety and efficiency in police incident response, the Rollingwood Police Department has transitioned the non-emergency phone line to connect directly with Travis County Dispatch.

Residents who need to make a non-emergency report should now call (512) 974-0845 and select option 3. This will connect callers with a Travis County dispatcher, who will initiate the dispatch of a Rollingwood police officer to your call. This transition ensures officers and any other responding emergency personnel needed arrive on scene fully informed and able to respond effectively. Please remember:

  • For Emergencies, dial 911
  • For Non-Emergencies, dial (512) 974-0845 (option 3)
  • For Police Department Administration, dial (512) 328-1900 (option 0)
