Long-Term Paving Projects
Rollingwood continues to invest in long-term street maintenance to preserve road quality, reduce future repair costs, and improve daily driving conditions across the City.
The City Council adopted its first Long-Term Pavement Priorities Plan in July 2024, which organized street segments into groups and recommended specific treatment types. This strategy focuses on maintaining Rollingwood’s pavement conditions at the level residents have come to expect, with the goal of sustaining those conditions over a five-year period.
Implementation began in November 2025, with initial projects completed in February 2026, including a mill-and-overlay project.
The City of Rollingwood continues to make progress on its pavement maintenance program, with several key projects completed and additional priorities identified for the coming years. The updated Long-Term Pavement Priorities Plan outlines completed work and the next phases of recommended projects.
