Utility Billing Manager
The City of Rollingwood is seeking its next Utility Billing Manager. This is a full-time, salaried position and hours of work vary based on departmental needs. Under limited supervision, the Utility Billing Manager plans, manages, and directs the billing, collections, and customer service operations for the City's utility customers. Rollingwood is a wholesale customer of Austin Water and provides water and wastewater services for approximately 600 utility customers. The Utility Billing Manager reports to the City Administrator and works closely with the Finance Director.
