Vincent Munoz

Officer Vincent Munoz joined the City of Rollingwood in 2019. He was born and raised in Austin, Texas and graduated from Akins high school in south Austin. In 2011, he joined the U.S Army and served for 6 years. He studied criminal justice at Austin Community College and Texas State University. In 2015, he joined the Travis County Sheriff’s Department as a correctional officer working with Travis County’s psychiatric inmate population. In 2018, he graduated from Travis County’s basic peace officer academy. Currently, Officer Munoz and his family reside in south Austin and he is working to obtain his intermediate peace officers license and finish his bachelor's degree in criminal justice. He enjoys playing basketball and baseball, working on cars, and spending time with his wife and three children.
