Rollingwood Community Development Corporation (RCDC)

RCDC

The Rollingwood Community Development Corporation is the City of Rollingwood’s economic development organization. Its mission is to recruit and promote businesses to Rollingwood to help the city meet its needs and thrive. It also serves as the conduit for new business development in Rollingwood, helping the city secure much-needed commercial tax base.

Located at the intersection of Mopac Expressway and Bee Caves Road, and also in close proximity to Zilker Park and Downtown Austin, Rollingwood is a community poised to take advantage of its prime location.  With a strong and improving retail footprint and close proximity to Westlake Hills and Downtown Austin, Rollingwood has a wide customer base that reaches far beyond the city’s boundaries.  In addition to retail and restaurant development, Rollingwood has a strong office sector, with dozens of medical offices and several large office developments built and maintained by some of the best developers and commercial real estate firms in Texas. Most recently, Endeavor Real Estate Group has begun development on Phase 3 of Rollingwood Center, the final phase for the 18-acre development. Phase 3 includes a five-story office building, four-story parking garage, and a bridge over Eanes Creek. Projected completion of development is set for November 2019.

If you’re interested in learning more about the Rollingwood Commercial District, be sure to stop by RCDC’s monthly meetings. Better yet, volunteer to serve on the commission.
